Happy Anniversary Babe!

1-21-12 is our anniversary. I wasn't able to upload the pictures that we took on that day  on that day. The 21st was Martin Luther King Junior day so Joe was off of work. We slept in till 11 o' clock. Then we got ready for the day and went to Dog house Grill for lunch ( the BEST BBQ tri tip sandwhich you will ever have in your LIFE! ) Then after that Joe had an idea (that he got from his elementary school) to write a memoir of the year and attach it to some helium balloons and let it sail away. We did let it sail away right out of our apartment complex which has lots of trees so the balloons were stuck in a tree. The next day Joe noticed that they had blown away we were so happy because we also attached on the memoir our email addresses so that whoever finds it can contact us. For dinner that night we went to Tepanyaki. It was great fun We enjoyed our first anniversary. We are looking forward to MANY more years together. For our anniversary I made Joe a Mixbook on mixbook.com. It was kind of pricey tho so I told Joe not to get me anything and that the mixbook would be our combined present.

Halloween

 I was not planning on dressing up at all for Halloween, but Joseph brought home these 2 bunny ears that he made us at work.We also got like 2 bags of candy,but we didn't get to hand the candy out because we didn't know but I guess that people don't come  trick or treating at apartments. So now I'm stuck with a bucket full of candy!

Pumpkin Patch

We went to the pumpkin patch the day before Halloween. The reason that we did not take lots of pictures is because it was kind of a lame pumpkin patch. They just had pumpkins. No  jump house or slides for the kids. We got just one pumpkin because our friends the Wooley's already got us 2 pumpkins when they came over one night.

Last weekend we went to Disneyland. Only because Joe's brother got an awesome group deal, that we just couldn't pass up.We went with Joe's mom Debbie.It was a really fun time!

Monteray

This weekend  we went 2 and a half hours North of Fresno is Monteray.We went for one of Joe's best friends  wedding. He was best friends with him when he was in school. This weekend was like a little reunion. They got married at The Old Whaling Station. It was really beautiful. Joe and I just got there like a half hour before the wedding started. We couldn't take a lot of pictures before the sun went down, but it was a fun and beautiful wedding right about sunset.

We went over to John and Debbie's for a birthday celebration of Joe and Elyra. Joe's birthday is on the 21st. We had lots of fun at their house on Sunday. We had a lot of food it was yummy. Spending time with the family is  always a good time. Joe and I are going to have lots of fun for his actual birthday. I have A LOT of stuff planned!



The 50's

    We ate lunch with Tony Dow ( Wally on Leave it to Beaver) and his daughter who lives in Fresno. He was super nice!

Joe made the signs for this 50's  get together. So naturally we were invited.We got a pass so we didnt have to pay for anything. Joe invited his nieces and nephews who had a blast as well! It was a lot of fun for us! We had the best time. We danced, got shaved ice,played games,ate hamburgers and hot dogs,got to meet a lot of stars at the event.
