Scavenger Hunt Riddles

1. My life can be measured in hours. I serve by being devoured. Thin, I am quick. Fat, I am slow. Wind is my foe.-Candle- 20 points

2. Runs but can not walk sometimes sings but never talks.Lacks arms has hands.Lacks a head but has a face.-clock-35 points

3.Stiff is my spine & my body is pale,but I am always ready to tell a tale.-book-15 points

5. You use it between your head and toes the more you use the thinner it grows. - bar of soap-20points

Here are the riddles that I found. I had to search and dig for these! Then I put a value system to each one, because I thought it would be more fun for Joseph to try and get at least a certain number of points. How I decided the points to give him was  if I had to give Joseph any hints I  automatically deducted half.We had tons of fun! I am very glad that I  put together a scavenger hunt for our date night.

Date Night Extravaganza's

This week it was my turn to plan date night. We first went to eat at Marie Calenders. Where I didn't know that Marie Calenders was a 50 years old or older place to hang out I was trying to think of something that would be fun while at the same time creative. I was thinking all week ...maybe a scavenger hunt would be fun. I got my imagination going on high speed on Thursday (the day before our date night)I spent almost all day trying to think up a list of things to find and trying to think of riddles to go with them.It was very hard to think of riddles and of things that I should have him find! He ended  up having to find 10 things!
